Where do you ship from and where do you ship to?

I ship everything from my little Studio in Switzerland. I am trying to ship to as many Places as possible. I might have to adjust in the future, if there is any trouble with VAT or other things that are beyond my control, but i`ll try to keep that as open as possible.

How long does Shipping take?

All Orders will be packed and posted within 3-4 business Days (or sooner if possible). The shipping timelines are estimates and depend on the efficiency of the Swiss Post, and for international orders, whatever Postal service is used in your country.

Will my Order have Tracking included?

The Tracking Option is sadly quite expensive with the Swiss Post. I am looking into alternative Postal Services that provide that. In the meantime, please reach out if you don`t receive your Package within 14 Days and we will find a solution. (25 Business Days for Orders in Australia, North & South America, Asia).

If you need to Track your Orders, or need it to be sent Urgently, there will be a separate Option at Checkout. If you have a Time-sensitive Order and are unsure if something will arrive before that Date, please contact me and i can tell you if it should be possible or not.

Returns and Exchanges:

Please double check if you inputed the correct adress at checkout. I will not refund a shipped out order if the adress entered at checkout is incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact me here. These Items are all made by myself, I want you to get your Order as soon as possible, and in one piece, so if anything is amiss with your order or you think something has gotten lost, please get in touch so i can try and fix it!

Is the Packaging, as well as the Products, sustainably made?

I try to use as little Plastic in my Products and Packaging as is necessary. I also try to reuse Packaging Material, so if your package isn`t as aesthetic every Time, or you get some Plastic Packagin like bubble Wrap, you can be sure that i successfully reduced&reused Material.

There will always be some Plastic Waste in the making of Products sadly, but i really strive to keep it as much at a Minimum as possible, and i`m always looking for alternatives.
